Keller Water Loss in Home

The Green Fleet box truck from SERVPRO is already on the scene of the damaging water event to a Keller home. The significant leak from the toilet plumbing soaked the carpet, pads, and baseboards as depicted in the Before Photo. By swiftly removing these floor covers, taking off the baseboards to help with drying, and blocking (note the white foam squares under the chair leg in the corner) we mitigated the water damage. Preventing the water from working its way down through the scissors trusses into the first-floor level is crucial to stopping the on-going damage. Secondary damage from untreated moisture in the cavities can also lead to mold growth. Our industry-leading equipment shown are several low-profile heated air movers and an LGR dehumidifiers to ensure a return to typical RH levels within the home. Our customer was grateful that we stopped the mishap from becoming an utter catastrophe to her property. Count on SERVPRO to do it right!
